I ordered this trip to write.
It's really cool. There's some noise, but it's okay if you turn it on in the middle or lightly. Additional purchases are made right now.
The neck fan is light and the wind is quite strong when I pressed the 2nd level. The outflow of the wind is on the left side and behind the neck. It is very easy to operate and good enough to cool me.
It came to Me in a couple of days. I love it. A co-worker lent me his and I liked him so much that he bought it for me. Plated.
Pity the instructions are not in Russian!!!
